Daniel M. Niekrasz founded Lighthouse to bridge the gap between operational street experience and executive-level command leadership. An active law enforcement officer, Daniel currently serves as a Lieutenant commanding a Training Division. In this role, he oversees agency-wide training standards, policy development, and field training operations. His deep expertise in policy compliance, risk management, and administrative best practices gives candidates a distinct advantage when preparing for higher-ranking leadership roles.

Daniel’s commitment to professional excellence is backed by an extensive administrative and academic background:

• Academic Excellence: Holds a B.S. in Accounting (Summa Cum Laude) from Bloomfield College of Montclair State University, as well as a B.A. in Justice Studies (Justice Systems concentration, Paralegal minor) from Montclair State University and ABA-accredited paralegal credentials.

• Executive Leadership Credentials: Attended the Police Executive Institute through the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police (NJSACOP). Holds advanced leadership certifications including the Foundation for Executive Leadership and Budgeting & Financial Administration programs through NJSACOP, as well as High Performance Leadership credentials from the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice.
